I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?
No, we complete service records and provide you with a copy
Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done or of what's wrong with my car?
No - we only provide a printed copy with your invoice/report.
How long will the Service take?
Depends on which service you car needs - some services are quick, others lengthy depending which kilometre service you require.
How much will my Service cost?
We charge an hourly rate.
How can I pay for my Service?
Payments we accept are cash or eftpos
When are you Open?
For your convenience ETS Equipment & Transport Specialists is open early at 7:30am and we close at 5pm Monday to Friday. Closed Sat/Sun.
What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?
Any time that suits - we have a key box to drop your keys into.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Yes, just let us know at time of booking that your would like to do this - we have a secure key box.
Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?
Yes, speak to us for more details.
Can I collect my car after hours?
Yes this can be arranged. Speak to our friendly staff at time of booking.
Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?
Yes we can do this by prior arrangement within the town of Chinchilla.
What happens if something is not right after my car service?
At ETS Equipment & Transport Specialists we take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then please call us immediately. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.
Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?
Normally we don't but happy to do so if you would like us to.
Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?
Yes, of course we can do this for you whilst your vehicle is in our Chinchilla workshop. Please book this in at the same time as your repair.
How do I book in a Service?

How often should I really service my car?
Depends on how much you use it - either every 6 months or 1 year
I don't drive much, do I still need a service?
No - a service is based on kms travelled
Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?
Yes we can make repairs whilst your vehicle is being serviced. If we find something wrong during your service we will be in touch and discuss it with you.
Can you wash my car?
Yes, but this is charged by an hourly rate. Ask for more details when you book in.
What type of oils and parts do you use?
We use high quality oils and parts as per manufacturers recommendations.
Do you check my brakes during a service?
Yes, checking your brakes is part of your service.
